When purchasing products from Every Cloud Vape Distribution Ltd. (Every Cloud), you are automatically agreeing to the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read all the terms and conditions before making any purchases. Loyalty schemes, promotions and sale prices are subject to alterations without warning and are withdrawable at any time.
Every Cloud abide by all legal requirements at all times. Legal requirements may change without warning and if you have any concerns or queries feel free to contact us accordingly. In order to purchase any products from us, you must first be approved for an account. Every Cloud reserve the right to refuse the right to an account for many reasons that include but are not limited to the following:
- We suspect the customer is not of legal age.
- We suspect the customer is not an official re-seller, retailer or distributor.
- We suspect that the customer is intending to misuse the products they are attempting to purchase.
- We suspect that the customer intends to damage the reputation of the manufacturers of the products they intend to purchase.
- We suspect that the customer is buying products for personal use.
- We suspect that the customer intends to re-sell products at a price that jeopardises the value of the brand of the products they intend to purchase.
- We suspect that the customer does not have a suitable returns policy in place.
All our products comply with the laws set out in the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD), which is the governing body of the industry in which we trade. If you have any concerns or queries, feel free to contact us accordingly. Our products are not provided as smoking cessation aids and they have not been approved by the MHRA, FDA or EMA for this purpose. Re-sellers of our products should always practice safe and legal trading, complying with the TPD and general trading laws.
Every Cloud operate a 90 day return policy. There are several scenarios in which a customer may wish to return or exchange a product and it is the re-sellers responsibility to enforce their returns policy accordingly. Our agents may ask for details of the returns policy before offering customers their accounts.
PLEASE NOTE THAT GOODS AND PACKAGING CAN VARY SLIGHTLY FROM THEIR PICTURES.
Customers must return all faulty products to us for inspection. We require at least 48 hours and as much as 14 days to examine products to determine whether they are in fact faulty. All confirmed faulty products will result in an according credit on the customer’s account. If you believe a product to be miss-represented in any way, please don’t hesitate to bring that up with your account manager or 1 of our agents. In the unlikely event that we send the wrong product(s), please bring that up with your account manager or one of our agents.
